Hi guys. I'm working for 2 yrs in my current company. 7 months ago i just found out that my company is not paying our govt contributions(sss philhealth and hdmf) but it is deducted on my salary every month. I found out that my company is suffering in a financial issue, it means that no matter what they cant pay my govt contributions. 5 months ago, I decided to leave but the compny offer a salary raise for me to stay. I made a written agreement that the company will refund all of mandtory govt conrtributions including employer share at the day of my resigantion(jan 16 2015).

Here is the situation. Our compny cant afford to pay our 13th month and our salary this coming 30th of decmber. All of employee will leave if it happen but the owner said if we did that they will file a bancruptcy so all of us will get nothing.

What should i do to get my 13th month and the refund of my govt. Contrivutions?

Please help me guys. Thnk you
