Respectfully, anyone here knows where the appropriate NLRC regional arbitration branch for someone who lives in Cainta, Rizal?

Well, when you are supposed to file a complaint, should you go to the NLRC regional arbitration branch covering the town you live in or the one covering the city where your employer/company is currently established?

please help, I need to go tomorrow.
