I have 2 1st names in both my birth certificate and in the NSO copy. I only picked up the 1st name and have not used the 2nd one in all my official documents for both government and private related. Will that pose as a potential problem in the future? Thanks

Ipa-correct mo na lang yung records mo using a copy of your NSO birth certificate.

Pwede naman ipa-drop yun kaso lang mas mahaba at mas magastos pa na proseso yun kasi kailangan mo pa dumaan sa court proceedings. If ipabago mo na lang yung records mo sa government, mas mabilis kasi ayan na yung birth certificate mo.
