Hi lawyers good morning. We need your advice.Our landlady wants to deduct from our deposit that increase in their water bill during the 8 months of our stay in their studio unit. Before, we only have one line of water.(all her studio and apartment units were connected to this meter including her own house).LaTELY just a month or two before we vaccate,they installed a water meter for each unit.Since then we notice some unusual noise from the flush water tank everytym we use it. we just thought na maybe lumakas na yong pressure ng water kasi we have our own line na.Hanggang sa dumating po ung water bill namen n inabot ng 2k plus.Pinaauz po namen ung tank s tao nia pati din po ung gripo n medu maluwag n rin pero hndi po namen pinabyaan na tumulo lng nilalagyan po namen ng lock ung gripo hanggang s mapaauz namen to.
Di po kami pumayag s like nia n mangyari kc maxado pong unfair s part namen.S narinig ko po sa tao nia my isang apartment unit din na ns 5k ang water bill(tenant nia).Pero dini deny po eto ng landlady. Tama po ba ang like niya pong mangyari. thanks po and godbless
