Hi to all, I was just married last August and I hired an Organizer to lessen our work on my wedding matters. The organizer created a list of things that should be done before and on our wedding day, like the gown of my wife, dresses of our entourage, the designing of the reception, video presentation, etc. Our wedding ended fine but a lot of things that was supposed to be done haven't really done and a lot of delays happened for the preparations like the gown was finished 3 days before the wedding. Imagine the stress experienced by my Wife then. But that was fine for us since the wedding was still a smooth event. So we didn't complain about this and we still pay our organizer.

Now, one of the last things that our organizer needed to deliver to us is the Photo Album, he said after two months there will be a layout of the album for us to decide what photo will be placed where. But after almost four months now, we haven't received any layout. We follow-up this thing to him almost everyday and he is just reasoning that the layout is already done and he is sending it to us via LBC but still none.

Since he do this to us, I'd like to settle this in a legal way to somewhat threaten him to do what he needs to do. What should I do? I really have no idea in this matter so I'm really thankful for your reply and for this site, I never imagine there's a site like this.

Thank You!

By the way, I posted this here in others as I'm not sure that this falls on contract section.
