Arresto Menor

I just signed a contract from my employee for 3 years with 200k cash bond last Nov. 11, 2014. A week after I wanted to discontinue my employment for a greener pasture. Question is am I still liable to pay the said bond kahit na hindi pa nag start yung training? I only received the first pay which is stated on the contract other than that wala na. Please enlighten me if it's the right move. Thanks po
