Arresto Menor

Good pm.

Just want to ask, do people with warrant of arrest due to cases such as child support, slight physical injuries and the likes are not allowed to travel (by sea or air) within the Philippines? If upon checking their names in an airport or port, they will be held and deported back to their home town?
