Arresto Menor

Kailangan po ba na lawyer ang gagawa ng demand letter or pwede iyong person na nag dedemand ang gumawa nalang and  is it valid ?If ever magkano ang cost ng demand letter sa isang abugado and its about financial support?

Hi, hindi naman necessary na lawyer gumawa ng demand letter. But usually, yung lawyer yung pinapagawa kasi may requirements na dapat nakasaad sa demand letter and if signed by a lawyer, karamihan natatakot so they want to settle to avoid lawsuit.
