Can I send a demand letter to my husband who's now having an affair to another woman?
A demand letter to stop the relationship, abandonment and child support?

Pde po bang mgpa draft nlng ng demand letter through a lawyer? para ma notarized din? Pde bang I-send ung demand letter through courier atty?

kaylangan pa ba nyang magsign ng copy ng demand letter?

yes, you can ask a lawyer to draft it and send it by courier. it doesn't need to be notarized

ask ko lng po.. kc Im 6 mos pregnant right now...ung husband ko ay inabandona ako for almost 6 mos na were legally married po..pag nanganak po ba aku kylangan pa mgsign ng asawa ko sa birth cert ng anak ko? balak ko kc sa probinsya nlng manganak kc aku lng mag isa dtu sa manila...

walang problema kahit hindi siya makapirma sa BC ng bata

Nkapag file npo ako ng complaint dun sa PAO and were set to have conference na po in two weeks for criminal case ra9262 pag ngkaroon po ba kmi ng agreement sa time na un if incase po ba in the future d nya mapapangatawanan ung agreement pde paba akung magsampa na talga ng kaso sa fiscal? or anu pong dpat ggawin atty?

yes. that agreement is just a last try to avoid legal battle. wala itong magiging epekto kung sakaling magdecide ka one day na ituloy ang kaso laban sa asawa mo. just make sure na hindi ka dehado sa agreement na pipirmahan mo.

Sapat na po bang evidence ung monthsary card na binigay nung gurl sa asawa ko at LBC packages na nakita ko sa ilalim ng mga damit nya? Tsaka me mga tao pong willing magbigay ng testimonya na me relasyon cila ng asawa ko? sapat po bang gamitin un for marital infidelity ground, art 26 civil case or pyschological violence under ra9262?

Please advise po atty... wala pa po talga akung idea kung anung next move ko...

Dun kc sa card nkasaad dun kung ilang bwan na cila at kung anung pangalan nung gurl at dun sa balot ng LBC packages na nakita ko nkapangalan dun sa gurl para sa asawa ko...pde nadin po ba un?

gusto ko kasing padalhan ng demand letter ung babae to threaten her...

not sure what provision under ra 9262 you charged them with, but the easiest type to prove is failure to provide economic support

Up ko lng po sa demand letter...para sa asawa ko mgkano po pagawa sau? mas maganda ata ung me chilling effect...ikaw ba magmail? gusto ko po sa ra9262 grounds for marital infidelity or pysc abuse bsta kau po bhala... ilang araw nya un matatanggap? give me your contact atty sana me sun number ka para matawagan kita Thanks!.
