PLEASE, I NEED LEGAL ADVICE

I am 26 years of age now. I am single but I have a live-in partner which is same of my age.

My problem goes like this. I meet this girl which is 17 years of age at the time we've meet and known each other. We had a formal relation. This girl knows everything about me, I NEVER HIDE MY STATUS ON HER that i have a live-in partner and i had a baby. Our relation has continued and my 17 year old GF just ignored my status even if i have a live-in partner.

Now, my GF is already 18 years old NOW. She had her 18th birthday few months ago. And just last week, my 18 years old GF forgot to log-out her facebook account on her mother's phone. Her mother had read everything of our conversations and her mother now knows that we have a relation and there was something like sex happened to us.

I do not have any problem with my GF because he is aware of what she did. She knows i have a live-in partner and she still choose to have a relation with me. In fact, she explained it well to her mother that everything that happens was on her own choice. SHE WAS NOT FORCED, AND SHE KNOWS MY STATUS EVEN BEFORE WE HAD OUR RELATIONSHIP.

But, the mother of my GF keeps on threatening me that she will file a case against me. Her mother knows that at the time we had sex with my GF she was still 17.

Attorney i am just really curious if what should i need to do? My 18 years old GF keeps on telling me she don't want to stop our relation, but her mother want's to file a case against me.

If the mother of my Gf will file a case against me, my GF will stand on my side and she will emphasize that IT WAS ON HER OWN DECISION EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED ON US.

According to her mother, that her daughter still needs a parent's consent.
Also, she made a screen capture of our conversations with her daughter. It was taken illegally because because she read everything on her daughter's private facebook conversation.

AM I VULNERABLE ON THE CASE THAT MIGHT BE FILED AGAINST ME?

You had sex with her while she's still 17, that is corruption of minor.

Hehehehe what a story, this time you got your self on trouble. Anyway even if you said that your gf will stay before you still you are liable on consented abduction remember that you have sex with a minor, and still you are liable with that you can also charge for violation of RA7610 and any special law that are related  on abuses the minors. Good luck hehehehe stop your relationship with her I think, that is the best thing that you can do.

The mother can charge you of STATUTORY RAPE! even if her daughter fight for you! You are corrupting minor! There's no such illegal if she is still a teenager and her mother looked into her Facebook! Otherwise, how can the parents protect their children against offenders and predators?

i never knew she was underage at that time. she told me she was 19.. anyway she also explained it to her mother that she lied on her age. and she is willing to stand that she lied on her age and she think it well before she did. that was the reality happened.

Even if she lied of her age, you still had sex with minors! Her mother can still sue you! So better avoid her and never see her again so the mother don't pursue to sue you!

Get the best lawyer you can afford and prepare.

anyway, its not yet a case. i am just asking if what should i need to do because her mother threat to file a case if i will not follow her conditions. and as i read your suggestions i am really vulnerable so not i've decided to all follow her mother's condition. to stop everything about her daughter, no contacts, no more meet-ups, no more talks on her daughter.
