Arresto Menor

is it really a 30 day process ? issuing the first warning , then after a week final warning. NTE was served and we were given 5 days to response then a hearing will be held. then if proven guilty do they have the right to immediately terminate us? no one can comply with the metrics so everyone got an NTE which is a final warning. pls advise,. thanks
