Hi All,
I just want to ask if i am able to get my salary prior to my preventive suspension. For Example, My Preventive suspension will start October 24, 2014 up to 30 days and our payday will be on October 30, 2014. Shall i have the rights to my salary?
Because my understanding about the phrases that "the employee are not entitled for salary during his preventive suspension unless otherwise he/she prove not guilty", is the employee are not paid starting October 24, 2014 upto 30 days or less. That is my understanding with the terms "during".
