Arresto Menor

Hi guys

I was a former employee of LGCHEM TRADING & MFG unfortunately the ended my service immediately without due process.(ILLEGAL DISMISSAL). The only thing I knew to get my full back wages is to hold something for my employer to pay me back. I then change the password of the company's email. Is this considered a ground for CYBERCRIME? I only change the password but did not do anything bad against the company. Just that, hindi ko sila ciniraan, pinalitan ko lang yung password sa kagustuhang ibigay yung sahod ko ng buo.

Hope you can help me guys. Pls. enlighten me
