CYBERCRIME

Hello! i would like to ask something about cybercrime since iv been threated that i will be accused cybercrime, i posted something on facebook asking if who is this girl who have been hit by a legal wife because she was caught that she is a mistress of her husband, yes i posted it on facebook however there were no names mentioned even an initial name there were none, but there is this girl who is claiming that she is the one im referring to in my post now she went to the brgy and summoned me because she will file a case against me, again i want to make it clear there were no names mentioned and we are not even friends on facebook.i hope i could get an answer to my questions, thank you so much!

Since no specific names were involved, you cannot be held liable for cybercrime or libel. Let them prove their accusations.

And if she is not on your friend's list and your posts are in private mode, then her FB evidence is against your privacy as well and cannot be used against you by her afaik.
