Good day. I am seeking for an advice regarding this blank affidavit for late registration I got which was attached to the certificate copy from nso of both my marriage and birth of our daughter. Our daughter was born year 2006 while my marriage to his father took place year 2008. Only this year I was able to get the birth and marriage certificate from nso and I'm wondering what to do with this blank affidavit for late registration which were attached to both certificates. What does this mean, were they null or invalid and also will there be any problems in the near future regarding this late registration? Thanks in advance
