Good pm. Kinasal po ako year 2008. Ngayon lang ako kumuha ng marriage certificate sa nso pero merong naka-attach na blangko na affidavit for late registration. Ano po ibig sabihin nito at ano kailangan kong gawin? Hindi ba ibig sabihin nito null o void yun marriage. Ganun din po yung birth certificate ng anak namin, meron blangko na naka attach na affidavit for late registration. Hindi po ba magkakaroon ng problema dito? Tia po Smile
