hindi po makapag enroll yung mga kapatid ko kasi wla silang birth certificate na authenicated. plano ko pong lakarin yung pagpapalate registration nila.. and isa po sa mga problema ko sa requirements nila is yung sa baptismal. hindi pa nga po nabibinyagan kasi wala pong birth ceritificate. at saka po ako ang naglalakad kasi po grade 3 lang po natapos ng mama ko and hindi po nakapag aral ang papa ko. pano ko po kaya lalakarin yung late registration nila? yung school record po ba na kailangan, ok na po ba yung last school card nila? salamat po

it will be best if you go to the civil registrar and inquire so you can be sure.
