It's about the photo and video services I acquired for my daughter's dedication and 1st bday party last May 10.
Since based kami abroad, Feb pa lng pinaplano ko na ang party ni LO but this time low profile lng. Dahil gusto ko maka save ng money, naghanap ako ng Photo & video services na mura lng. Then I found this KIKO VIDEO production online. Nagsend ako ng inquiry then the rest was a story and my dilemma na. I booked for photo & video services plus photobooth for 14,500 pesos for the entire duration of the party 10-2pm though ang photobooth was only for 2 hours. Araw ng party, we came early kc nag decorate pa kmi. Dumating din on time ung KIKO productions but I noticed wla ung photographer, sbi na stucked daw s traffic. 11:30 na tska lng dumating. So in short hndi na document ung important details ng party. Wla din lightsman as per the contract. Photobooth was superb. After the party I paid 12.5k (reservation fee was 1k upon signing the agreement) then 1k for the delivery of the finished product.
After i paid, they handed me the cd that contained photos of the event but only after a few days I was able to check it at busy kmi with some other things before kmi umalis ng pinas. To my dismay it's not the quality I paid for. Madilim ang ibang shots, candy buffet may picture nga ubos nmn laman prang binagyo dahil late sya dumating. From the beginning, they knew that it was a dedication and a first birthday party. Dlawa ang cake - for dedication and birthday. Nasa iisang table. Sa 300 plus na photo - wlang photo ang isang cake. Nagreklamo ako and asking for a refund but they refused. Marami silang lousy excuse na kesyo hired lng dn nila ung photographer and ang specialty nila is video etc etc.
So hanggang makaalis kmi wlang nangyari. So now I am following up ung DVD, imagine 5 months na. So finally dedeliver na nila but I need to pay the balance. What the heck! Seriously? The nerve! So I called DTI pero ang sbi nila if may agreement hndi hawak ng DTI, I can only file a case. But still they called the respondent and un nga matigas sila at alam nila na hndi hawak ng DTI ung complaint ko.
Its not about the money actually, its the precious moment that I am after for na dpat nadocument nila ng maayos dahil un yung service na binayadan ko. If i will give in na bayaran ung balance na 1k, pano nmn yung poor quality na service na binigay nila? I don't want them to just go away with it. Please give me some advise. May laban ba ko if i-pursue ko ito? Thanks in advance.
