good day po,

     Ang friend ko po n nagka anak nung minor p siya ( the child is now 5 years old)  tapos ngayon gusto niyang ipa ampon ang kanyang daughter sa kanyang parents since hindi niya kayang suportahan ang bata due to unstable job. tapos mayroon na po siyang bagong anak which is 2 months pa lang ngayon.. so is it possible po ba n ipa.ampon ung first born niya? saan po ba pwedeng mag file sila ng adoption?
