Duplex type yung bahay namin. Tapos last month, yung kashare namin sa duplex is pinagiba nila yung bahay nila. Ngayon, na observe ko na dami ng mga cracks sa structure ng bahay namin and whats worst is pumapasok na yun ulan sa loob ng bahay pag umuulan kasi nasira yung bubong sa side kung saan nakakabit yung bahay nila. Now my question is, pwede ko bang ipa blotter sa barangay yung Mga reklamo ko and legal bang gibain nila yung other side ng duplex? May nakita kasi akong nakalagay na building permit. Please help me on this.
