may nabili akong lupa rice field w/c i fully paid but broker blind us na may tenant pala.before kami nag bayaran he assure us that title is clean and no tenant contract in DAR. upon processing sang
title then i found na something wrong when i checked in DAR office.
thiers any chance na ma counter or return ang property?

do you have proof to show that you asked the broker and he denied there was a tenant? did you visit the property? is the tenant actually there?
