I was 'sexually harassed' last November 13, 2013. After consulting a lawyer, he told me that it would only count as acts of lasciviousness as my position is higher than him. I suffered from depression and anxiety due to the incident. I filed an irrevocable resignation last April 30, 2014 because seeing him every workday is an emotional torture to me. My depression got worst after my resignation and it was not until recent when I started to feel alright. I am still not really alright and I think I will be never be able to move on from the trauma unless I get justice. I am wondering if I can still pursue a legal case against my perpetrator even if the incident happened last November 13, 2013.
