hi,
after the last lupon brgy meeting once I got the CFA due to harassment/unjust vexation. what will happened on the following?
- can i proceed directly to the police? is the name of the accused will be filed at the police station? what will happened next?
- since no volunteer witnesses only the accused and the complainant, the harassment occurred
- if ever, i will settle this case, what are the conditions i can give to the accused so he won't do it again? what are the consequences if in case, he will do the same harassment / paninindak?
