Arresto Menor

May I ask if I can demand for compensation with this scenario.

Home to Airport (around 3am) then from airport to province (site)

My normal working hours is from 9:00am to 6:00pm, I have no choice but to awake around 1 am

All travel expenses from home to airport except meal allowance shouldered by the company.
