tenants asking 100,000 each to vacate apartment

Hello. My sisters and I inherited an old apartment built in 1970. We want to sell the property because we want to enjoy the proceeds now since we are aged 71, 69 and 66 years old. My sisters are in the US. I live in an apartment in QC and I feel that I will be asked to vacate it in the near future since my landlady's daughter has asked her if she and her family can live in the unit I am occupying. We are having a problem selling the property because the tenants (2 tenants) are asking for 100,000 pesos each to vacate the property. We stopped collecting rent since March 2014.
