i file a complaint against my previous company
regarding non payment of wage and 13 month pay and moral damages
now its done they told me that they will be giving me the money already
but suddenly they told me they will be filing a case against me libel daw...

actually pumayag na ako bigay n nla because ayoko na ng gulo!!!!!!!!!
but then mgfifile daw cla ng libel against me,,,isnt it libel pani2rang puri di ko naman sila siniraan..but have'nt recieve the subpoena yet..that they are talking about

amy, for a libel case to prosper, it should be proven that you made some form of writing, it is defamatory, it is published, and the defamed person is identified.

please clarify what it is that you supposedly wrote? was it a letter, face book post, text message?

i dont write anything i dont say any bad words against them..neither post any message on my facebook..i just told my friends a file a complaint against them at dole..thats why im wondering are they going to file libel against me..how if they really file it what should i have to do

you'll just have to wait for the notice from the prosecutor's office to appear. if you didn't write anything, then libel is not the proper charge. if the notice does come, then be prepared to file your counter affidavit. good luck.
