my parents has a debt of 60,000 and this was in 2003 eventually the complainant only started to file a case this year.what they did is they first go to barangay hall and ask for summon,my problem is that the summon is for my parents but they address it to me wherein they dont live with me anymore and im with my mother in laws house.do i need to sign for it or i'll just tell them that my parents doesnt live here?
