Hi Experts,
I just wanna ask your opinion on how you are going to deal with your employees in this situation:
Girl is already married, she was recently hired early this year and husband is working abroad.
Now, there is gossip in the office that this girl and one of co-worker have relationship.
Sabay pumapasok sabay umuuwi, sabay nag OOT sabay nalalate.
I find it very immoral kase, and I am not sure kung dapat bang panghimasukan ng management personal life nila?
Kahit aware naman sila that the girl is married already.
What should management do in this case?
