I need an advise, I have a bf through online but he is married and we are almost 3 yrs but we did not meet yet. I am helping him financially and his child knew it. The wife also ask help when the mother of my bf got sick she ask help for me. But after few months the wife wants to file a case against us. I have a text message from the wife that she is asking financial help.Even the family of the guy. Me and my bf are leaving abroad but we dont meet in person only through online.
Can the wife file a case against us?
