I posted this query as early as 1:00am but its almost 5:00 in the morning but still I havent got any reply from the people who are supposed to be giving me advices about my problem.
It is just a simple question that's needing some advice from the legal experts but it seems they are TOOOOO BUSY doing something that my post has been ignored and was not answered.

The people here are not paid to answer questions when you want it.
You posted at 1am - would it be safe to assume that most people in the Philippines are asleep by then?
And why do you expect your query to be answered right away and complain after 4 hours that nobody has answered yet?
At 5am, people are still asleep, or just about to wake up. Except for those in the US or other countries where it's daytime or early evening yet.
Your simple question isn't so simple anymore when you are too demanding.
