Hi atty, ano po ba ang maipapayo nyo sa akin regarding sa case ko. hindi kse matuloy yung pre-execution conference namin kse ayaw i-receive ng respondents yung pre-execution notice na ipinapadala ng nlrc. nagbigay na po ako ng 3 address ng company, pero everytime ang sinasabi ng courier and nlrc is "company moved out". kaya hindi matapos tapos ang case.

ano po ba ang magandang move na gawin to get the repondents attention or kung ayaw nila magpakita na talaga, anong mainam na remedy para dito? thank you po
