tapos napo ang kaso seriousphysical injury tumagal ng 10 years..meron napao entry of judgement, finality ca dahil di na siya nag sc...nag motion for execution napo sila..para patupad na yung kulong niya na 4 motnhs..usuly ho ba.ilan weeks dapat maresolusyunan ang motion for execution..hinehearing pa po ba iyon .akay pede magdelay kalaban abogado..para di sila agad makulong cliente niya..or mabilis dapat maresolusyunan judge ang motion na iyon kasi me finality na at decided na ca, thanks

hintayim po ba namin yung resolution ng judge sa motion for execution bago namin mapa warant yung tao ikulong ..de na kasi pede mag probation siya kasi nagapeal na siya gang ca at nagkaron na finality ang judgement.

Kung yung "sila" na sinabi mong nag-file ng motion for execution ay ang accused/defense counsel, di na kailangan ang warrant of arrest dahil magsusurender na yung accused.

Kung yung "sila" naman eh yung fiscal, the court will issue the warrant of arrest immediately after the hearing on the motion for execution unless the accused will surrender himself.

you just have to wait for the hearing on the motion. did yuo recieve a subpoena already?

technically, this is really out of your hands. but if there is a motion for execution, then make sure to attend any scheduled hearing.
