Arresto Menor

Nag work po ako sa hongkong ng almost 1 year, pina loan ako doon ng agency pra pmbayad sa placement fee. After 11 months umuwi po ako kc hndi ko po kinaya yung pressure. Ngpakasal po kami ng husband ko na canadian, nag aplay po ako ng spouse visa at isa sa mga requirements ay certificate of no conviction from hk police. Hanggang ngayon po patuloy pa rin po akong nkakatanggap ng letter mula sa bangko ng hk. Natatakot po ako at hndi po alam ng husband k na may utang ako sa hkdahil ang agency po ang nakinabang sa pera. Sana po matulungan nyo ako sa mga tanong ko.

1. Mkakaapekto po ba yung utang k sa bangko sa pag aplay k ng  certificate of no conviction?

2. Pwed po ba akong habulin ng bangko kahit nandito na ako sa pilipinas at pgbayarin ng utang?

3. Pwed po akong maaresto dahil po sa utang k sa hk?

Police clearance Certificate from HongKong is only needed if you declare you've been in HongKong but if you don't why would they look for it? Unless they already open a case against you and it has been forwarded to NBI. No need to declare you've been working in HongKong. If unavoidable to declare your records from HongKong you better get your husband to pay for your debt.
