child custody for unmarried parents

hello po ask ko lang po kasi may dating kalive-in po ako may anak po kaming babae na 8 yrs. old nasa nanay po kasi sya ngayon kaya lang walang hanapbuhay ang nanay samatalang mekaniko naman po ako.Sa ngayon po ay may asawa na po ako at kasal kami.last january napahiram pa nya ang bata sa baranggay dahil may sakit ito at wala syang pangbili ng gamot dahil wala syang hanapbuhay pero nung isang linggo na namin hiramin at parang ayaw na ng bata sumama ulit sa knya hindi na nya pinahiram ang bata at hindi na daw nya papahiram ang bata kahit kailan kahit di na daw sya makatanggap ng sustento pero nagbibigay pa din ako kung may extrang pera eh sa ngayon po may sakit ang bata at ni kahit pambili ng gamot ay wala sya at ang masama pa doon pinapapasok pa din ang bata sa school kahit ganun ang sitwasyon ng bata.posible po kayang makuha ko na lang ang custody ng bata?salamat po.

ang bata ay illegitimate kaya ang sole parental authority is vested with the mother. pero subukan mo na rin magpetition for custody baka pagbigyan ka ng korte taking into consideration the best interest of the child. kung madeny man ang custody, im sure bibigyan ka ng reasonable visitation rights.

Ano po kayang madaling paraan pra mailipat na ung full parental authority sa ama. Willing po ibigay ng ama ung demand ng biological mom pra lng maiapply ng passport at makapag travel ang bata. Willing din ung nanay na pumirma sa mga legal na usapin ng custody kapag naibigay ung hinihingi nya.

me and my ex gf had 2 kids outside marriage. i am now residing abroad and they are in the philippines. i am already married but no children with my wife yet. i am also supporting children. we just have verbal agreement. but it feels like i am giving more that i should give. it feels like she is unfair. i shoulder their tuition and monthly allowance. the mother of my children have a good job as well. i think we should have a fair share with our children. can she file a protection order to me? she scare me that i will not see or speak to my children if i dont give them the amount that she is asking. my children are 7 and 10. i told her that i would like to get my children and support them here abroad and ii wouldnt obligate her anything financially. i just want to make sure that the money i am sending is going to my children only needs not to her, to her boyfriend or to her family. i am not a selfish person i would do anything for my children but it feels like she is using my children to ask for more money

you can ask her to do the accounting of the money you are providing to be sure. or provide your support in kinds.

i actually told her to give me a run down of all the expenses only for my kids. but she never showed me anything. and everytime we talk about giving my kids to me nagagalit siya and binibring up niya lahat about sa past namin. like, ako daw may kasalanan lahat ganyan. the last time we talk sabi niya mag pirmahan daw kami, i gues un ung written agreement about sa child support. pero i dont know anything about family code diyan sa pinas. feeling niya siguro e napakayaman ko since im livinf abroad.
