Hello po sana po matulungan nyo ako.

Ako po yung Complainant. Mahigit 1 year na po yung kaso at hindi ako sumisipot sa hearing. Madalas po magpadala ng Subpoena sa bahay. Kahapon lang po ay nagpadala na naman sila ng Subpoena. Kaya po hindi ako sumisipot sa hearing ay dahil busy ako sa aking work, at isa pa ay abala sa oras kaya nga po sabi ko sa sarili ko ay dapat pala hindi na lang ako nag file ng kaso.

.Hindi po ba nadismiss ang kaso kahit 1 year na ang lumipas?
.Makululong po ba ako pag hindi pa talaga ako sumipot sa hearing?
. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin?
