Need help asap. Pumasok sa bahay namin yung mga pulis kahit walang warrant kumuha sila ng pictures na walang pahintulot at hinalughog yung bahay. Ang tanong ko lang pewde ba nila gawin yun? Kung mgsampa kame ng kaso anong kaso nun? At sino ang sasampahan nmin? Thanks.

Pag ganun po ba ang ngyari kahit 2weeks na ang nakaraan pwede padin ako mgsampa ng kaso? di ko kc naasikaso eto since may work ako... please help me kc pati yung motor namin kinuha nila..pag labas ko po kinarga na nila sa mobile yung kc di ko naibigay yung susi ng motor..nagulat po ako ang sabi nila kailangan ko daw sumama kc iblotter daw yun at dinala na ng mga pulis..wla po akobg magawa kc nablanko po yung utak ko at nagulat.Ngaun gusto kong kunin yung motor namin ano po ang pwede kung gawin para makuha ko eto? please tulungan nyo ako.

pinasok ng mga pulis ang bahay ng kapatid ko walang search warrant. Kinasuhan sya ng 9185 sec 5-11 pero walang nakuhang ebidensya sa kanya. ang masakit naglabas aila ng mga ebidesya na hindi nman galing sa kapatid ko at kinuha nila ang mga celphone, laptop, portable DVD, wallet at iba pa. Hinanap namin ang mga gamit na nawawala pero walang inilabas ang mga pulis. paano ba kakasuhan ang mga ganitong abusadong pulis? at paano aayusin ang kaso ng kapatid ko?
