Hi. Inquire ko lang if i can file a case against my qife pero di pa kami annulled. Nagkababy sya sa ibang guy. Gusto ko kasuhan pero di ko na alam address nya at contact number. Pati pamilya nya ayaw sabihin. Nakita ko lang sa facebook na ayun nga may anak na. Ano maganda gawin? Thanks.

pwede mong kasuhan ng adultery. punta ka sa prosecutors office at magexecute ka ng complaint-affidavit.

you can file a case, adultery... provide at least 2 addresses for the prosecutor, maybe address it to her parent's house, am sure magpapanic sila at haharapin nya ang kaso nya...sure ka ba sa gagawin mo? kung married kayo, the child will be automatically yours, unless you prove in the court that the child is not yours which can help you for your case against her, goodluck sa kanya!

Yeah im sute its not mine. We havent seen each other for over a year na. No communication whatsoever. Ang problem ko lang di ko alam san sya nagtatago. Wala n kong communication sa kanila eh.

ganyan din problema ko. 3years ako sa dito sa abroad nghiwalay kami ng misis ko 2yrs ago then ngayon nga buntis na sa bagong boyfriend nya. umuwi ako last month manganganak na next month, kinausap ko nang maayos na mag file na ako ng annullment para sa aming 2 din yun makamove on na sa mga buhay. pero sya pa ang matapang at ayaw nya. ako pa ngayon ang binabantaan na once kasuhan ko sya eh kakasuhan din nya ako sa pagkakaron ko ng karelasyon noong kami ay hiwalay na til now.

Pero buti nga syo bro nakokontak mo pa. Ang sa akin ewan pano ko mahahanap tinatago ng mga kamag anak at kaibigan e. Naka block ako sa fb at sa iba pa. Pero sabi nila pwede daw tlg kasuhan yung ganyan.

yung nagtatago ang asawa kasuhan mo para lumabas, dun naman sa matapang pa kahit sya ang mali, ano ba sa akala nya madali magkaso ng concubinage? kung sya ay buntis malinaw na evidence yan for adultery. you have a year to dispute the legality of the child.
