May I ask what is the chance of my passport get adjusted. I have multiple wrong entries in my Birth certificate. I just discovered recently that the birth year I had been using forever is not matched with my BC released from NSO. I filed a petition for correction in 2012 but was dismissed and got a final decision. I was advised to follow the BC instead.
May I know what is the procedure and where to start with? How long will the processing be? In the event my passport get adjusted, will I face liabilities with HK Immigration? (I am an OFW)
