Hi, good am. Tanong ko lang po mali po kasi yung sa year ng birthday ko.. ang real bday ko po ay May 11, 1987 pero ang nakaregister po ay May 11, 1991, may napagtanungan po ako na lawyer ang sabi nya po hindi administrative lang daw po eto at hindi court hearing? Sa pangasinan po ako pinanganak eh, sa pangasinan ko po ba dapat ipaayos to? help naman po, thank you sa sasagot..
