Arresto Menor

This is my first post and here's my inquiry.

My ex wife got divorced almost 4 years ago here in the U.S. (we are married in the Philippines in 2003). The divorced was final from US court. My wife already married to another man, a US citizen. Both of us are green card holders for almost a year now and residing presently in the US.

I wouldn't stay single in the rest of my life and I was thinking if I apply for a US naturalization after 4 years and get a K-1 visa for a would-be-fiancée (single, never married in Philippines.) if that would be an issue on the fiancée on US consulate in Manila or in Commissions on Filipinos Overseas seminars, Interviews, etc.
Also, I don't have plans to re-marry in Philippines soil.

Thanks for your input.

Having divorce papers in hand is enough, if you don't have intention to marry again in the Philippines, you should not hide anything they will not question you any further at the American Embassy in the Philippines. It's better to get the right form than try to hide something as it may affect your application if they find anything from your previous records unless you've been away from the Philippines and living in the US for more than 10 years. They are only concern of your whereabouts for 10 years.
