Hi All Attorneys,
Here is the scenario, someone accused a person that he was the one sending text messages to his officemate its like a threat. Then this officemate got the logs from network with out court order its so happen one of the employee is an insider of Telco company that's why he got all the information. Now this employee said that the message came from a certain area that so happen that the husband of their another officemate who is a policeman makes survey on the place of the accused stalker but no evidence at all that he was a stalker its just the logs that the message came from that area. Now my question are;
1. Can the accused stalker sue the police for investigating with out any warrant at all?
2. Can he sue also the Telco employee for getting the logs with court order?
3. What are the cases that can filed against those people?
