Hi,
I would like to ask for advice about this matter:
If a piece of land A (it is residential and a church) has a right of way through a land/property B (residential and corporate) declared in the title, can the owner of the property B impose a rule that will limit those who will pass through their property?
The said property is a road with two gates. Gate1 is for the general entrance and gate2 is the entrance to the company.
The problem is it will limit the people who are going to the church, since they are demanding for every visitors to present a valid ID before passing through the gate2.
Thanks and God bless
