Child In Conflict with The Law

hello attorneys and members:

i am residing in malolos bulacan. today a social worker visited my partner who is currenly 17 but will turn 18 tomorrow.

about 2 months ago i took my 7 month old son from my wife and took him in a tricycle with my partner who was 17 at the time also in the tricycle.

now she is being charged with kidnapping but since she is not yet 18 the social worker interviewed her today upon the fiscals orders.

my question is, what will happen to her? will she be taken into custody by DSWD?

what will the fiscal do upon receiving the intake report by the social worker?

when you say 'took your son'? do you mean a joy ride or you didn't intend to give him back? are you charged also?

i took him because my wife did not want to take him for a medical check up because when i was carrying him i saw he had major insect bites in his leg and scabs in his head and also his neck and body had dirtjam all over the next day i took him to the hospital for a physical check up i obtained a medical certificate -

the police officer said the charge of kidnapping against me was dropped because there is no parental kidnapping.

you are her best defense. make the argument that this was all your act.
