My son is being accussed of attempted rape by the parent of a 22 year old woman. It started when the woman invited my son to go out for a drink. When its to go the woman cant go back to her dorm, so they went back home and stayed in our living room. during that time both of them " tipsy" talked and led to kissing. No hesitation, yelling or anything that I heard when I woke up and saw them in which they were startled. My son drove her back to her dorm and came back. After a few weeks the mother filed a complaint and accussed my son of attempted rape.
