Hi, I am new here. I just want to ask if it is legal to terminate an employee if he/she refuses to sign the contract with cash bond?

I've been an employee since August last year and I signed a contract for 6 month probationary period. After my 6 month probationary period I requested a contract for regularization, they gave me one but the HR told me that it is not official yet because the new contract is still in their lawyers. I signed what the HR gave me but I did not receive any copy of it. And then I had a discussion with my boss that he wants me to sign a contract bond for 1 year without receiving anything from them like trainings or seminar etc. I refused to sign it and then he gave 30 days to leave my position to the company. In my understanding it is like I am forced to resign because I did not sign the bond. Is it legal to terminate me?
Since I finished the probationary period that they gave me they treated me as regular employee, they gave me all the benefits of a regular employee like leaves etc., but I did not sign any official regularization contract from them.

Kindly advice.Thanks

Regularization contracts are not necessary.

You can file a complaint for illegal (or constructive) dismissal because of what they said to you.

Okay sir, thanks for your answer. Another question: My co-employee signed the contract bond because our boss told her that I signed the contract. Scenario is that we are called 1 by 1 and me as first in the line. After me is my co-employee, she told our boss that she will consult the contract first before signing it but then our boss fooled her that I already signed the bond, being a close friend she signed it knowing that I signed mine. Does her contract valid?
Hoping to hear from you soon.thanks.
