Arresto Menor

were filing a petition for declaration of absolute nulity of marriage under the ground of minority since i was only 17 on the celebration of our marriage. now my concern is, the girl told me that i have to settle the child support before she will received and sign the summons of my petition..she said i should provide a bank avcount for the child first. shes blaming me for not supprting the child for over 10years, but is that my fault? they are the one who abandoned me and we had lost contacts.

can i still win on my petition, may progress ba dun even if she refuses to sign?

you should discuss this with your lawyer. ask about the effect if there is a refusal to receive summons.
