sss maternity benefit

Hello po

Paano po ba ang dapat kong gawin kung di pa binibigay ng employer ko ang maternity reimbursement ko almost 3 mos na po..I had miscarriage sa second child ko po last May 6, 2014..lahat po ng required documents for mat2 naibigay ko na po sa employer ko.nagend po ang aking contract last june 30.responsibility pa rin po ba ng employer ko to advance the benefit? Pwede ibalik sa iyo ang papeles mo at magbigay ng certification na wala silang inadvance.

Last response po sa akin ng employer ko they are waiting for sss action raw po, naconfuse po ako kung anong action yung ibig nilang sabihin kasi po di na nila ako sinasagot until now kaya po pumunta ako sa sss and I found out na wala rw po akong docs na submitted ng employer ko but my employer said that they submitted it already (so baka raw po kakasubmit lang ng employer sabi sa sss kahit po 2mos ago ko na naibigay sa kanila ang docs)..sss said that I should require my employer to advance it to me kasi it happened po within my employment period..sana po matulungan nyo ako kung paano ko masasabi sa employer ko na they are responsible at whats the policy violated regarding my case po.thank you very much

I will send email po sana sa higher management ng previous employer ko. Is it right if I will tell the director that there was a violation in section 14-a of social security law o may mas appropriate pa po na other violation?Nakailang beses na po kasi ako nakipagcommunicate sa HR but they just ignore me and no response. Please help me po on what to do..thank you and God bless

I had a recent miscarriage.. nabasa ko na po ung maternity benefit pero di ko po alam if eligible ako kase before ko po ma- notify ung employer ko about the pregnancy e nakunan po ko suddenly. eligible pa din po ba ko sa benefits ?
