Signed Agreement not a contract, wants to resign

Arresto Menor

I'm working as a teacher in a certain private school, last January I signed an agreement that states my intention to stay for the school year 2014-2015. But in that agreement, hindi pa naka-indicate yung salary na matatanggap ko, ang nakalagay lang dun hindi mababawasan (basic salary ko last year) at kung may dagdag man, they will base it on my performance last year.

Supposedly, may contract pa ako dapat na pirmahan, like my colleagues. But until now, hindi pa ako pumipirma, nalaman ko lang yung increase ko last July 30 (payday). Ngayon, ang problema ko, gusto ko na magresign, kaya lang I’m worried that they’ll sue me of Breach of Contract. Legally binding po ba yung agreement na pinirmahan ko? Grounds ba yun para nademanda ako? Thank you po in advance.
