Hi, our CBA have ended in a Lockout, and there's a strong humor that it may end up in an union strike. I believe I decided not to join them in strike or vote into it. What must I do? I am only a year here in my work. I need work for my family. Do I have my right not to join the strike? If the company urges me to report to work, what will I do? What are my options? Can the union file a case for me for not participating in strike or for reporting to work? Thanks very much for your big help!
