hi i just wanna ask coz i wanna resign immediately complying the 3o day notice rule however the contract that i signed indicates to have a 3 month notice..can i still resgn only complying the 3oday not the 3month? will there be any breach of contract?

The 30 days is only the minimum and is ok if they allow.

The contract for 3 months notice is enforceable.
